Loved the Gamecocks tonight who showed up for the HAPPY HOUR Comedy Tour in Leone Cole! This is my first time at JSU and I had a blast with the students! Kevin, Brooke, Adam, Wesley and all staff members from each dept. did a great job, but the STUDENTS were awesome as well- and MADE the SHOW!!!

It is hard to express how hilarious and yet serious your speech was to me. I am very glad that I spent an hour of my time to attend your comedy hour! There are so many parts of the presentation that really made a mark on remembering but a specific one is when I learned about your younger brother Sean. Right before I arrived to the the auditorium I was at a meeting of a new club being formed called CADA: Campus Awareness of Diverse Abilities that is for promoting the organization and supporting people with disabilities. For me having minor disabilities and others with more severe disabilities it gives me hope to believe that someday we will be able to inform “normal” people that people with disabilities still have a life and emotions…and even have their own abilities. I am proud of Brooke (my Phi Mu sister) for planning the event! Thank you for visiting JSU and I hope to see you back for another comedy hour the next time you make a stop in the south!
I really enjoyed your show, I hope a lot of people got as much out of it as I did. I know what it is like to lose a loved one to drugs and alcohol. My father took his own life when I was 16 Years old, I was a sophomore in high school. So I know what losing a loved one to drugs and alcohol does to a family. I am just thankful for people like you. Keep up the good work.
An hour of my time at your comedic act was very well spent and enjoyable. I asked you if you had ever spoken at a SADD Conference and you expressed an interest. You may contact National SADD at:

Thank you so much for coming and speaking at JSU. I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Have a good rest of the year.
I really enjoyed your show! One hour it could have been two or three and it would have still only felt like 30 minutes. I love how you take serious subject matters and make them not only funny but interesting and informative. I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time and I’m glad I got my roommates were able to go with me. I had a awesome time!
You were awesome! You made me laugh and cry all at the same time. We all love listening to you! Thanks so much for coming!
I only made it to the last thirty minutes or so, but thought it was great!! Good JOB!! I really like what you’re doing! Have a great week!!
I had a magnificent time at your show. It was full of humor and I cant remember the last time I had a meaningful laugh. I wish more individuals could have expereince your gift for comedy and your message to follow. Again, thanks for blessing our campus with your presence and good luck with all of your future endeavors.
hey man your show was great….good laffs!!
I had a great time at the comedy show last night. You were very funny and entertaining. I am the guy that wore the ‘Las Vegas’ shirt last night. I really enjoyed how you combined the comedy in with your past history and problems that you overcame as an individual. The message was ‘AWESOME’. Your brother was the highlight of the night “Heeey Beeeerrrrnnnniiiie” (screaming tone), yeah Sean, “hey Bernie” (whispering tone). Hearing how you and him spend time together (riding in the convertible with him rubbing your head down the interstate…lol lol lmao) was very touching. So, continue doing what you do, don’t change what you’re doing. thank you so much!!!!
great job last night man…real good…better than expected
Hi Bernie! Your show was AWESOME!! I wasn’t bored or anything. Great Job!!
I loved you show last night! I was the girl who was laughing at some of your jokes long after everyone else had stopped!!!
The story about your brother taking his life hit home with me. My god-mother took her life in September of 2007. I think you are sending a great message to kids in a way they can relate to! I am glad you made the stop at JSU! We loved it!!!!
Wow I haven’t laughed that hard in a while…my face literally hurt after I left. Great show!!
