I wasn’t planning on attending the performance, but I got out of class early and thought to stop in. Bernie is hilarious! His material is definitely geared towards the student body. He had the crowd - men and women, students and parents - all laughing. Best show I’ve seen on campus in a long time.

Great show, thanks for the laughs. I came for the extra credit, but stayed for the comedy. I would recommend everyone go to this show. There is a great message mixed in among tons of laughs. I had a great time.
I originally had to attend tonight because of a paper that I had to write for a class I’m in. However, I brought 4 friends with me and we all benefited from your show. We needed to hear what you shared with us and I thank you for coming for such a small crowd. Every little bit counts. Hope to see you back in the area again. Your show was so amazing I didnt really want to go, but I am glad I went. It was so awesome and you were so insperational. I actually have a problem and I am really trying to quit drinking because it is hurting me and my school grades and I really dont want to drop out. Thank you for coming to NMU.

Hey Bernie! Just wanted to let you know you did an amazing job tonight. You really made me do a lot of thinking about my family, and the choices I have made in my life which effect many reasons for the outcomes I have received. You have a lot of will power and sharing your story really touched me and I’m sure many others. I have to say you really inspired me about putting down the bottle

Holy shit! i haven’t laughed my ass off that much in quite a while. Your jokes were the funniest I’ve heard in a while and your stories were full of inspiration and really seemed to connect me as a person.

Honestly, I was encouraged to go to your show the other night. I thought that it looked interesting but I wasn’t quite sure if I was going to enjoy it. I am SO glad that I went! It was very entertaining and very informative. I appreciate the new format of comedy rather than powerpoint lectures. It was great! You will be in my prayers as you continue to share your personal story with a great message to young people. Thanks for making the trip to the UP and NMU!
