If you know anything about me, you know that I love our military as much as anyone in this world, including family.  They ARE my family!  I have completed 25 DOD and USO Tours in my career in 22 Countries, and now I want to reach as many here at home who are returning from or heading to a deployment to defend this great country!  I love you men and women and thank you for my freedom!

Bernie I just want to say that I enjoyed very much your comedy and your very inspiring messege today. It touched me alot because I have a condicion called lupus and I can’t drink. But having that really let me down for a long time, and my family was the one that helped me so I could fell better and I have ever since they were with me while all this has happened to me. So today when you said that you spend all your weekends with your family and brother It made me feel good inside because ever since I got sick my family has allways been there for me and had made me feel better. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH because I’ll allways remember you because of that.

Bernie I really enjoyed the show, it was awesome. It’s good to be able to laugh in the mix of a busy work day. I was truly touched to hear you tell the audience in so many words family is important, because some people once they feel they have made it in life forget where they have come from. I know for a fact that when you are down and out it’s good to have friends, but there is nothing like having a true family bond. Continue to spend that quality time with your brother, you will be blessed. Thank you for taking the time to come speak with us at Fort Benning, I will always remember your story. The show was great and well put together.

Bernie, I attended your show at Fort Benning on 16 Oct. What a show! I am a civilian working on Fort Benning, and as you know, we are required to have so many hours of training each year on alcohol and drug abuse. Regardless of that requirement, I am glad I attended. I am a parent of three teenagers and I am always concerned about the peer pressure that surrounds them each and every day. I pray every day that they don’t fall prey to the pressures of their friends. It was great to hear about your brother, Sean and the time you spend with him. Times spent with family and friends are the most precious we will ever know. Thanks again for your story. I talked to my kids last night about it; hopefully some of it sunk in.

I was at your performance Thursday afternoon. It was entertaining yet touching – much better than any we have had to sit through the last few years.

It was pertinent and easily touched more t han one individual in the room.

Best wishes for a very Happy Life! You deserve it!
