Just landed in Pittsburgh, the town of Steel, Pirates, Penguins and Steelers! Duquesne’s incoming class boasts over 1200 students and have been loyal to the HAPPY HOUR comedy tour over the years! The OL’s are some of the best in the country! They are awesome to the incoming class, the life of the party!
I had a BLAST today- the show just rocked and then I stuck around for three hours and ate, played football, and met some very special people who taught me how to text with TWO hands. I was truly touched by some individuals….
I’m going to load some pics and try to come back for tonights’ festivities, before shoving off for Nebraska tomorrow! Thanks Dukes! Love you guys- and gals!

Wow. You did an amazing job today, you truly did. I really wish my two best friends could have heard a lot of what you were saying because they recently started drinking a lot. You message is really powerful and since it starts out with comedy teens can really relate to you and take you more serious than having the same man up there lecturing ‘just don’t do it.’ Thanks for coming out here!
Thanks Bernie, personally I already felt that way about drinking but I appreciate how you will help people who don’t feel like I do and help them not to mess up in life. Thanks for the burgh bucks too.
Awesome show, Bernie. The comedy, of course, was great– who doesn’t like comedy?– and the message was inspirational. I’ve listening to probably a dozen guys who lectured on alcohol and drinking… but none of them were as memorable as you. Thanks so much for coming over to Duquesne! If I had a Myspace, you would totally be in my top eight.
Yesterday was the fourth and most likely final time I’ll see your show at Duquesne and I love it everytime I see it. I wish there were more people like you who would be a good role model to show students not to drink in a funny but still educational way. Keep doing what you do, you’re really changing lives.
