Funny shit! I thought it was going to be pretty boring until hearing some of your experiences that I could relate to. One of the best military briefings i’ve been too.

Also I wanted to thank you for sharing your story with us that was the best motivational speech that I’ve ever heard! At certain parts of the act it gave me goose bumps it was that good. OMG … Bernie you are HiLaRiOuS … you had me laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes … my stomach muscles hurt too. I’m going to send my boyfriend the CD I bought from you today, of course after I listen to it. LOL … THANK YOU so much for coming all the way to Guam to give us a show. I’ve been deployed three times and I always love to see the USO comedy shows. Your message today really hit home in a couple of ways. My grandfather on my mother side was an alcoholic, it’s not what killed him but it sure did make his life worse. My boyfriend is trying to cut back on his drinking because he got arrested a few weeks ago and had to go to jail and he’s a military cop. Let’s just say he didn’t have a good time in there. He learned his lesson and he hasn’t drank since. My little brother is autistic. He’s my roll dog. Everytime I go home, he goes everywhere with me. Since the day my mother brought him home from the hospital; I’ve been by his side (well you know what I mean). Again, Thank you for coming out here and giving us an awesome show with a good message. Hope to see you more on TV …

Your comedy and speech had really touched me since I too had an incident such as yours. I lost my best friend in 99 to a similar situation and it wasn’t easy. I never looked at the military the way I do now, I see how much of a support we are to our country. I sure know though that the show you put on did touch many people and I hope it was an eye opener for most. I shared my experience I had watching your show with my family and they too said “you sure did kill it that day” and they are thankful that someone would fly out to our island to send such a message. THANK YOU AGAIN!
