BERNIE!!! Hey there man. Just wanted to drop by and say thankyou for coming to BAMA cracking some jokes and sharing your incredible story. I’m pretty sure I had tears coming from my eyes I was laughing so hard, and was truely touched when you shared your experience, and the love you showed for Shaun. You can’t change the past, but you can the future… and you seemed to have figured that out and have become a strong wonderful person. Congratulations on 19 years alcohol/drug free. Anyway, if your ever back here in Bama you oughta come watch some springboard and platform diving… that’s what I do…. it’s pretty neat to watch. Alright Bernie, Thanks again and take care.

first of all, i want to THANK YOU SO MUCH for coming to speak with us! you did such an amasing job and i know everyone really appreciated what you had to say. after your bathroom gig, i don’t know if you remember but i had to get up during the middle of your act to go and use the restroom and by the way i did exactly what you said! now i keep an extra pair of flip-flops in my book bag! my friend and i were crying we were laughing so hard! please come back next year and speak to us again!!! i hope you and shaun have a great thanksgiving and ROLL TIDE!!!
