Great show tonight Bernie! I really enjoyed it and I got the message ;]. I deal with someone who is very close to me being an alcoholic and just recently [about 3 days ago] admitted she had a problem and this was going on for like 3 years. So AWESOME SHOW!

P.S. I was the girl who went to London for a concert :]

I just wanted to let you know that you did a great job tonight. Wanted to thank you for the inspirational message you told us, I lost 3 friends to drinking incidents, so I’ve experienced this myself. Good Luck!

I thought the show was entertaining very funny. I like your approach of mixing in comedy and personal experiences to express the possible consequences of drinking too much alcohol. Thanks for coming to Regis!! You did a great job!

    Hi Bernie!

It was great seeing you tonight. Even though I saw you last year at Umass Lowell, I still enjoyed you, just as much, (IF NOT MORE) tonight! I think it is awesome that you were featured in that book along with many other great, and FAMOUS comedians! You should really be proud of yourself, especially being the ending story! I learned a lot from your story, and will take a lot of your information with me as my years of growing continue on. You should really be proud of yourself also that you are clean and sober for 19 yearss now and focus on other things like Sean!! That is awesome! I am close to someone who has alcohol and drug use, and I know how hard it is to stay clean. Most imporantly, I love how you didn’t give us a lecture, yet we still learned so much from you.

Well thank you so much for coming to our school. It’s nice to know that you are still willing to come to a small college like Regis. Even though you ragged on me a LITTLE at the beginning for starting the Q & A !! ( haha ) I hope you continue to have a really successful career. I hope I get chosen to recieve that book, if not I’ll go out and buy it. I’ll read you’re part 1st though =) Thanks again!!

    Woohoo!!! Hi Bernie!

I’m a person who LOVES to laugh. Your jokes definitely helped me fill my laughing quota for today, as your show was probably one of the most enjoyable parts of my day. LOL

Thank you for coming to Regis, I really appreciate what “Happy Hour Comedy” does for many people.

    Hey Bernie,
you were def pretty funny at the show last night here at Regis.
I definately think it was pretty awesome that you got to go on Tour with Luthor Vandross esp. seeing that his song “Dance with My father” is goin to be one of my wedding songs when I do finally get a guy and married.

    Hi Bernie!!

Obviously I’m late in posting, but I DID have a.m. soccer practice! I just wanted to let you know that you were absolutely spectacular! It is a rare occurrance that someone as special as yourself is able to educate people so they could enjoy it. I know I took a lot from your experiences, and am able to apply them to my life. I don’t touch alcohol (I guess this is the one of the few times that I can be thankful for my epilepsy, because people know they can’t pressure me into drinking), but you taught me that it’s fine to make mistakes. I can’t begin to express how amazingly funny you were, and you soooo effectively got your message across. I just wish that one of my friends was present last night, as she tends to get “buzzed” and then drives home. It’s a scary thing to hear coming from her mouth. It’s a different feeling and perspective when your friend tells you that they were drinking and driving; especially when you’re not there to “protect” them from themselves.

I wish you all the luck with your future endeavors! You truly are a special person that God has sent.

    *the girl who was cold!*

I loved your performance so much. It gave insight on drunk driving and alcohol abuse and how it can ruin your life, but it did it in a way that can make you laugh and make you understand! It was very funny, but also heartwarming! You should bring your brother next time because he seems like a great guy and we would all like to meet him. Thank you again for taking time out of your busy schedule to see us and tell us your story!!!! WE LOVE YOU DOWN HERE IN WESTON, COME ANYTIME!!!

Your show was totally amazing! You really were able to get a great message across while also entertaining us! I hope you’re able to come back, because you were absolutely hilarious. My friends and I are still repeating the jokes from that night, but also talking about your story. Thank you so much for developing this college tour, I think it’s very important and this was a perfecr way to get this type of message across.
